Still white wine from Abruzzo, 13.5% ABV, produced by Nestore Bosco. 100% Pecorino, a varietal that best expresses the character of the region. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. The Nestore Bosco winery, founded in 1897, produces wines that tell the story of Abruzzo, with an approach that combines tradition and innovation. The soil is gravelly and calcareous, and the training system is cordon spurred. Harvest takes place in late August. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures. Intense straw yellow color. Intense with distinct notes of white flowers and citrus on the nose. Pleasantly fresh, savory, and balanced on the palate.
