Description
A still white wine from Friuli Isonzo, 14% ABV, produced by Masut da Rive. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2024 vintage. A wine that perfectly expresses the characteristics of the Friuli region, with a complex bouquet that opens with hints of golden delicious apple and sweet citrus, enriched by delicate notes of wildflowers. Vinification involves a one-night cold maceration, followed by gentle pressing and static decantation of the must at 10°C. Aged in contact with the fermentation yeasts for an extended period in steel tanks. The color is yellow with coppery hues. On the palate, a mineral note opens to a full, refined palate, characterized by a pleasant acidity and savory flavor, with remarkable persistence.
