Description
Still organic rosé from Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC, 12% ABV, 100% Montepulciano, produced by Marchesi Migliorati. Vintage 2023. A Cerasuolo distinguished by its clarity and complexity of aromas, produced with grapes from mid-hillside vineyards. Fermentation takes place without temperature control in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days, followed by aging for at least 6 months. It is a wine that stands out for its freshness, with a slender yet persistent structure.
