Description
Still white wine from Sicily, 13.5% ABV, produced by Mandrarossa (Settesoli). 100% Grillo, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of the Sicilian territory, with a native grape variety that best expresses the characteristics of the terroir. Mandrarossa wines are made in Menfi, Sicily, and have always been a brand that symbolizes the fame of “Cantine Settesoli”. After cryomaceration at a temperature of 5-8°C for 4-6 hours, it ferments for 15-20 days at 16-18°C. The wine will mature in cement tulip vats for 13-5 months and in large barrels for 11 months. Floral aromas infused with slightly herbaceous notes, intense aromas of white peach and cedar. On the palate, it has just the right amount of acidity, making it pleasantly fresh and savory.
