Description
Classic method brut sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, 2021 vintage, produced by Man Spumanti. A Trento DOC Millesimato that expresses the unique character of the mountains, aged for over 30 months on the lees. Elegant and intense, fragrant and complex, with notes of ripe white fruit typical of Chardonnay. Delicate notes of hazelnut and lightly toasted bread, thanks to the long aging on its lees. The palate expresses its mountain character: bold, savory, mineral, and fresh. Perfect for celebrating any occasion.
