Description
A Brut Classic Method sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna, 12.5% ABV, produced by Lungoparma. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. 1.5L magnum format. A tribute to the art of Italian sparkling winemaking, produced using the Classic Method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Manual harvesting, soft pressing, and temperature-controlled fermentation. After disgorgement, the liqueur d'expédition is added, a recipe exclusive to this Classico sparkling wine. Fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals a highly fragrant bouquet of citrus, dried fruit, mineral notes, and pastry notes. A vibrant straw yellow, it is delicate, smooth, gentle, refined, and very fresh on the palate.
