Description
Brut Classic Method Rosé Champagne, 12.5% ABV, produced by Louis Roederer. Blend: 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle, 2014 vintage. A Cristal Rosé that embodies the excellence of Maison Louis Roederer, an icon of Champagne. 250 hectares located exclusively in the Grands and Premiers Crus of the Marne. Pure, precise, and radiant bouquet. The intense aromas of the Pinot Noir recall the harvest, the pure, ripe, and concentrated fruit: red berries (redcurrant, wild raspberry, blackcurrant) and tart raspberry liqueur. This is followed by sweet spices, smoky notes, and the reduction (smoky, spicy) of the Pinot Noir with its notes of undergrowth. Pink in color with slightly coppery highlights. Concentrated, broad palate, in which the red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) are concentrated in a decisive and intense texture, which develops in two phases that reflect the extremes of the year: a silky and broad initial attack (the final ripeness) followed by a resolute and intense freshness (the fresh summer).
