Still white wine from the Loire, 12% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, produced by La Forchetiere. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine made on a 50-hectare estate located near Nantes, with vines approximately 35 years old. Direct pressing upon arrival, fermentation in tanks at low temperatures. Aged on the fine lees. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by mineral notes that anticipate a taste of pure freshness. Pale yellow with green reflections. On the palate, the wine is dry, yet beautifully fresh, accompanied by notes of white fruit, a wine that tells the story of a terroir.
