Extra Brut Classic Method Champagne, produced by La Borderie Champagne. A wine born from a passion for the terroir of the Côte des Bar. An elegant and floral nose, with notes of spice and dried fruit. 70% Pinot Noir, 23% Chardonnay, 7% Pinot Blanc. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 30 months in the cellar. The palate is crisp, ample, fruity, and taut, a sensory experience that celebrates the complexity of Champagne.
