Description
Still red Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Kellerei Bozen. 100% Merlot, 2021 vintage. A Merlot born from the passion and expertise of Kellerei Bozen, a historic winery in Alto Adige. Harvest from late September to mid-October. Vinification with traditional alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. Aged in oak barrels and subsequently in bottle. Fruity aromas of blackberries and berries, with light spicy notes. Intense ruby red with garnet highlights. Elegant and structured, with soft, refined tannins. A wine that tells the story of a unique territory and a passionate producer.
