From this winery
The "Joly champagne" house is a familiar property that has been passed down from generation to generation. Our name and success are the result of both a traditional and modern know-how in order to achieve a very high quality champagne. The brand "Joly champagne" was created in 1953 by Gilbert and Annette Joly as well as their parents.
Today the exploitation is lead by Remy and Patricia together with their children Aurélien and Maximilien that have both studied viticulture and oenology at the Viticulture High School in Avize. Marie, Aurelien’s wife, works side by side with them. Read more
