The Blin family has been in champagne since the 17th century. Jerome Blin, the 4th generation, has always lived among the bubbles. His father was already working in the Champagne estate H. Blin.
The vineyards at Vincelles, in the middle of the Vallée de La Marne, were taken over in 2010 by Jerome, who decided to work the 6 hectares of his property in Biodynamic agriculture. Strongly convinced of the principles to be applied in agriculture, he shows a real revolution in the small commune of Vincelles.
Jerome has a very delicate hand that characterises all his champagnes with a veil of oxidation in the glass. The dosage is also moderate, as the grapes arriving at the cellar are very healthy. Read more
