Description
Organic still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, composed of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced by Il Borro, Ferruccio Ferragamo's estate, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies authenticity and respect for the environment, values that guide every decision at Il Borro. Fermentation in concrete tanks and aging for 10 months in conical oak vats. It has intense aromas, with notes of fresh red fruit reminiscent of cherry and spicy hints typical of white pepper. Ruby red with purple highlights. On the palate, the wine has a pleasant acidity and smooth tannins, leaving the mouthfeel fresh and clean.
