From this winery

Hendrick's Gin was born out of the great experience of Scottish distillers. Surely not in the place of usual gin production, the Hendrick's Distillery has raised the challenge by focusing mainly on tradition and quality. The distillation takes place by means of very old olives, of the Carter-head and Bennet types, in order to maximize the aromas of its Botanical.

The recipe for the essences includes the addition of rose petals from Bulgaria and locally produced cucumbers. Production at Hendrick's takes place in very small batches of 450 litres, so that all characteristics can be controlled and the highest possible quality achieved.

Attention is also noted in the details, such as the capping that instead of being the classic screw cap it is made of cork. You can look everywhere for a gin like this, but it is impossible to find it. Read more
