Description
Organic still red wine from Sicily, 14% ABV, produced by Gulfi. 100% Nero d'Avola, a grape variety that best expresses the character of the Sicilian terroir. 2019 vintage, 0.75 liter bottle. A wine born from the passion of Vito Catania and Salvo Foti, who chose the most suitable terroirs of the Val di Noto to create great crus. The grapes are vinified with a long maceration of the must with the skins. Aged in small barrels for approximately 24 months, followed by bottle aging for approximately two years. Intense, distinctive, with aromas of red fruit and vanilla. Ruby red with intense purple highlights. Fruity, harmonious, structured, with a long and persistent finish.
