Description
What type of wine it is
Guiborat's Prisme Extra Brut Champagne is an elegant and structured expression, which received an impressive score of 94 points from the prestigious Robert Parker guide. It is a refined Blanc de Blancs produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes using the rigorous Traditional Method. In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow colour, enhanced by brilliant golden reflections. Its fine perlage precedes an aromatic profile defined by fragrant fruity scents that blend harmoniously with delicate pastry notes. On the palate, it is round and pleasantly soft, offering a balanced sip with great stylistic precision.
Where it comes from
This label is born in the heart of the renowned French region, precisely reflecting the characteristics of its terroir of origin. The prestigious Grand Cru classification highlights that the grapes come from vineyards located in the most suitable communes, ensuring excellent quality standards.
How it is produced
The production process follows the rigorous practices of the Traditional Method, with a prolonged secondary fermentation in the bottle that enhances its natural complexity. During the slow ageing phase on its lees, the Champagne develops its typical fine effervescence and acquires a rich and enveloping taste texture. The dosage chosen for this cuvée is Extra Brut, characterised by the almost total absence of residual sugars. This firm technical approach aims to keep the wine's profile extremely dry, highlighting its structural precision and overall balance, allowing the fruit to express itself in a direct and authentic way.
