Description
Aromatic still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12% ABV, produced by Grawu. 100% Gewürztraminer Aromatico, a grape variety that best expresses the complexity and spiciness of mountain wines. Grawu is the combination of the surnames of Leila Grasselli and Dominic Würth, a family project that aims to reflect the flavor and beauty of this Alpine region in a simple and sincere way. It comes from a vineyard with porphyry soil. Spontaneous fermentation of the grapes on the skins for three weeks in acacia barrels. It is then aged in small acacia barrels for 16 months. A great wine that is spicy, complex, savory, and dry, perfect for pairing with elaborate dishes and aged cheeses.
