Barbaresco Grappa, produced by Gaja, a name synonymous with the world of wine. 0.50 L bottle. A spirit that captures the essence of Barbaresco, obtained from Nebbiolo pomace. Distillation takes place in a state-of-the-art facility to preserve the varietal aromas and fragrances. Before bottling, the wine is diluted with distilled water to reach the alcohol content indicated on the label. A broad, floral bouquet with fruity nuances of ripe fruit and citrus. A harmonious and captivating development from the nose to the palate.

| Production technique | The distillation of the Nebbiolo marc, dripping with wine, takes place in a state-of-the-art plant in order to preserve all the varietal aromas and fragrances intact. The still used is of the discontinuous, steel type, and inside it the marc is passed through a jet of steam, which carries the alcoholic vapours with it. These, subsequently drawn into the distillation column, produce a distillate that originally has an alcohol content of 70 - 75 °C. |
