Description

Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Franz Gojer. Made with Kerner, an aromatic grape variety that best expresses the characteristics of the terroir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion for viticulture of a family deeply rooted in Alto Adige for generations. The aroma is intense and fruity, with notes of peach, citrus, and a hint of nutmeg. The flavor is linear and mineral, with interesting tart notes, medium body, and a fruity aftertaste that invites a second taste.

Schiava has been grown here for over 800 years, making it a significant part of our history and culture. The vineyards around Bolzano have been documented for over 1,000 years. Read more

It goes well with salads, summer pasta dishes and grilled fish. Exceptional as an aperitif wine.
