Description
Still organic red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Elisabetta Foradori. 100% Teroldego. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from Elisabetta Foradori's passion for biodynamics, a tribute to the Teroldego grape and its terroir. Complex and full-bodied in its aromas, it offers sensations of crisp wild berries, a blend of dried and freshly cut flowers, undergrowth, and fine spices. Purple nuances. Vibrant in essence on the palate, with well-combed tannins and a savory, savory finish. Persistent.

| Wine making | The results obtained during years of using biodynamic preparations and the balance achieved by the vineyard have accentuated the characters of the individual plots to the point of "demanding" a separate vinification of two vineyards. It is through the use of amphorae (tinajas from Villarrobledo, Spain), their shape and the porosity of the clay, that all the transformation phases take place with purity and balance. The transition from grape to wine is not interfered with and thus conveys to us the sole character of the land and the variety. |
