Description
Fiano di Avellino DOCG, 12.5% ABV, 2024 vintage, produced by Feudi di San Gregorio. A white wine from Campania that perfectly expresses the characteristics of Fiano, with distinct Mediterranean notes: fresh flowers such as chamomile, yellow peach, and candied orange. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C, aged for approximately 4 months in stainless steel. On the palate, the grape's typical softness is evident, complemented by freshness and minerality. Ideal with shellfish, fish with sauces, and grilled seafood.
