Description
A still red from the Marche region, 15% ABV, 100% Syrah, produced by Fattoria San Lorenzo. 2008 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A wine born from the passion of Natalino Crognaletti, a supporter of organic winemaking. Fermentation in concrete tanks for approximately 140 months, aging for 60 months in stainless steel and 18 months in wooden barrels. Unfiltered. On the nose, aromas of red fruits are complemented by spicy notes that blend into a complex and inviting bouquet. On the palate, the wine is bold and persistent, with a structure that promises a long evolution.
