Description
A classic method brut rosé sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Endrizzi. Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2019 vintage. A tribute to the history of Trentino, founded in 1885, when this area was still part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The bunches, subjected to tip removal and thinning in July, are harvested by hand into crates to ensure their integrity until pressing. The first fermentation is conducted partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel. The second fermentation in the bottle is the classic Trentodoc method. It ages on the lees for at least 36 months to achieve an otherwise unattainable elegance. Dosage is minimal, so as not to alter the characteristics naturally conferred by highly favorable environmental factors, time, and particularly meticulous craftsmanship. Fine and elegant perlage, minute and continuous. The aroma is intense, particularly refined, with fruity, bread crusty notes and particularly complex notes. A pale, vibrant pink color. The flavor is lively and extremely distinctive.

Ecological sustainability with respect to the terrain and the cultivation techniques, this is the key to the production of wholesome and award-winning wines.
Furthermore, San Michele is a sheltered village on the south side of the Alps, where the mild Mediterranean climate and the cooler continental climate meet. Thermal excursions and the regular breeze from Lake Garda foster healthy grapes and stimulate the development of those aromatic elements, which serve as a basis for the refinement and the pleasantness of the wines by Endrizzi, one of the oldest wineries of Trentino.
