- Start up year: 2008
After studying business in Reims, then a career in the banking business, Elise DECHANNES decides to resume the use of land of his childhood in Riceys. By becoming a producer of champagne, she openned a new life since 2008.The search for beauty and good guide in the quest for excellence demanding the development of its wines.
Today its main marketing channels are direct sales to its tasting room around a few cuts and shared exhibitions in France and abroad. But especially the mouth...
Harvesting handling (RM 29568-01) and independent winemaker, Elise DECHANNES practice viticulture as free as possible of chemicals. No herbicides are used as well.
Her respect for the environment is a demanding process in contrast with simple logic performance. The growing and harvesting the best possible grapes, winemaking demanding, attentive and careful allow, through its wines to the taste of her terroir. Read more
