Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Elena Walch, a renowned family-run winery. Vintage 2024, 100% Sauvignon. A wine that embodies the elegance and freshness of the terroir, with meticulous vinification that enhances its characteristics. The vineyards have southeast and southwest exposures, on calcareous soils with sandy veins. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. The aromatic bouquet is a triumph of ripe gooseberry, papaya, elderberry, and delicate herbaceous notes. A delicate yellow color with greenish highlights. The elegant structure and balanced acidity blend into an absolutely inviting finish.
