Description
Still red wine from Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, 100% Merlot. Produced by Elena Walch, a leading family-run winery committed to quality and innovation. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Merlot made from calcareous soils with a mix of sand and clay, harvested strictly by hand. Long contact with the skins for 10 days. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Aged in 80hl French and Slavonian oak barrels. A vibrant garnet red. The wine is intense and refined on the nose, with fruity notes of berries, spicy aromas, and a hint of chocolate.
