Description
A sweet, late-harvest white passito produced by Dr. Hermann in the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer region of Germany. 0.375 l bottle, 2023 vintage. An ice wine, made with Gruner Veltliner and Weisser Riesling grapes, harvested and pressed while still frozen. Notes of exotic fruit on the nose hint at a very pleasant palate. Golden yellow. On the palate, the wine is pleasant, soft, and mellow—a true nectar.
