Description

Still red wine from Piedmont, 11.5% ABV, produced by Colombera and Garella. 100% Vespolina, 2023 vintage. A wine born from a passion for the native grape varieties of Alto Piemonte, with a vinification process that enhances its freshness and drinkability. Vineyard selection. Destemming and crushing. Classic fermentation without temperature control, with pumping over and delestage. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 1 year in stainless steel tanks.
