Description
A dry Charmat method sparkling white wine from Veneto, 11.5% ABV, produced by Col de' Salici. Blend: 100% Glera. 0.75L bottle. A Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze born from the passion and expertise of Giancarlo Notari, founder of Col de' Salici. The brand was founded in 1997, when Prosecco was not yet very popular, but Notari immediately recognized its potential. Vinification occurs with partial cold maceration, which enhances the fragrance and fruitiness of the variety. The nose is fruity, with notes of apple; the dominant floral notes are those of flowering wisteria and acacia. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. On the palate, it has a good acidity and a fresh flavor, making it pleasant and harmonious.
