On the palate, it is dry, harmonious and boasts remarkable persistence. It is an ideal companion for white meats, poultry, refined cheeses and dishes based on lean fish. It is best served at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.

This wine originates in the South West of France, within the picturesque region of the Atlantic Pyrenees.
