Description

Still rosé Côtes de Provence AOC, produced by Château Saint-Maur, a Cru Classé. 2022 vintage, 13% ABV. A rosé that embodies the elegance of Provence, with a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan. Cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Fine, elegant with hints of citrus. Pale pink color. Fruity with hints of lemon.

Already the owner of Quinta do Pessegueiro in the Douro for more than 25 years, Roger Zannier has set himself the challenge of making Château Saint-Maur one of the best references in Provence. It is his son-in-law, Marc Monrose, who is taking charge of this Provencal jewel. Located in Cogolin, 10 km from Saint-Tropez, on the western side of the plain linking the foothills of the impressive Maures massif to the sea, in the distance, at the top of its hill, the remains of the castle of Grimaud.
