Still red wine from Chianti Classico DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Castellare di Castellina. Blend: 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo Nero, 5% Ciliegiolo, 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Chianti Classico Riserva born from the passion of Castellare di Castellina, a winery that has made quality its primary goal. Aged 12ā8 months in barriques, 20% new, 12 months in bottle. The nose reveals typical floral notes of violet and fruity notes of cherry, along with a mineral note. The palate opens immediately with freshness and savory flavors, which continue through the mid-palate, while fragrant fruity notes reappear in the pleasant finish.
