Description
Still rosé produced by Casanova di Neri in Tuscany, 13.5% ABV, 100% Sangiovese. Vintage 2023. A rosé born from the passion and history of the Neri family, who founded the winery in 1971. Manual harvest in September, two weeks before the Sangiovese for the red wines. Vinification with 12 hours of skin contact, followed by off-the-skin fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for six months in stainless steel and then in bottle. A rosé that expresses the freshness and elegance of Sangiovese, ideal for accompanying summer meals.
