Description
Still white wine from Tuscany IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Casanova di Neri. Blend: 60% Vermentino, 40% Grechetto. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A white born from a passion for the land and a desire to best express the characteristics of its grape varieties. Manual harvest in mid-September, with careful selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts in temperature-controlled steel vats for 12 days. Bright yellow with golden highlights. The nose is dominated by notes of Mediterranean scrub, dominated by sage, followed by exotic fruits such as mango. On the palate, the generosity of a great vintage like 2019 is tangible, contrasted by a vibrant acidity. The finish is fresh and elegant.
