A blend of the ancient Tuscan varieties Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo. Harvest takes place in November, the olives are hand-picked and caught in nets below. The olives reach the mill within 24 hours and are cold-pressed. This oil has a deep green color, a fruity aroma, and a balanced flavor, perfect for dressing salads, bruschetta, and Tuscan dishes.
