Description
Classic method extra brut Champagne, produced by Bereche in the Champagne region of France, 2019 vintage. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A great champagne that expresses the excellence of the Ambonnay terroir, with a production process that respects tradition and the environment. Slow fermentation in barrels. Aged for 54 months on the lees in the cellar. On the nose, aromas of pear are complemented by aromas of white flowers and notes of toasted bread. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with a complex finish. A unique sensory experience, ideal for celebrating special occasions.

Every action has been adequately thought out. Of course our land is plowed and we also use weed control to limit disease. This vegetation cover avoids herbicides, insecticides and anti-rots. Everything begins with the soil. The fertilization is organic. We feed wildlife which in turn feeds flora and thus the soil is working. As a result the House Be´re^che has one of the lowest treatment frequency index in the Champagne region. It is also among the first to be certified High Environmental Quality (level 3). Read more
