Description
Extra brut rosé from Lombardy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Bellavista. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, 2020 vintage. A Franciacorta Rosé that embodies the excellence of Italian sparkling wine, born of the passion and dedication of a winery that has made perfection its goal. The selection of base wines is, as always, crucial, so much so that the final blend is chosen from as many as 30 vintage selections, some of which mature in small white oak barrels. Cellar aging lasts at least four years, starting from the harvest. The aromatic dance opens with cherry blossoms and hibiscus flowers, followed and amplified by hints of pomegranate and small red berries. The youthful pale pink nuances evolve into precious antique hues with aging in bottle. The palate is fleshy, dry, fresh but not harsh, capable of harmonious and seductive vibrations.
