Description
Still white wine from the heart of the Marche region, 13% ABV, 100% Verdicchio. Produced by Andrea Felici in Apiro. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of Verdicchio, with its characteristic freshness and minerality. Since 1978, the Andrea Felici winery has passionately cultivated the vineyards between Apiro and Cupramontana, in the heart of the Verdicchio region. A few days on the skins, it ages on the lees in stainless steel tanks for three months, and then spends another two months in bottle before being released. A distinctive aroma profile draws on fruity notes of medlar, plum, and fresh almond, along with artemisia flowers and leaves, wild fennel, and gusts of iodine. Greenish highlights against a pale golden background. On the palate, it expresses youthful vigor, dictated by exuberant freshness and a decisive savory punch. A long finish rich in consistent varietal notes.
