Description
Classic method sparkling wine without dosage, 12.5% ABV, produced by Altemasi (Cavit) in Trentino Alto Adige. 0.75 L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Trento DOC born from a passion for mountain bubbles, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The secondary fermentation took place in April after a period of maturation and stabilization of the base wine. Disgorgement was performed 60 months after tirage without the addition of sugary liqueur. Intense aromas of yellow plum and dried apricot with a delicate hint of anise. Fine perlage. Bright straw color with greenish hues. Complex, constantly evolving in the glass. On the palate, it is full, elegant, and savory, with excellent persistence.
