Description
Brut classic method sparkling wine from Burgundy, France. Produced by Domaine Agnes and Didier Dauvissat. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Crémant de Bourgogne that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Burgundy, with a fine and persistent perlage. Founded in 1987, Domaine Dauvissat is located in Beine, near Chablis. All the parcels were planted directly by our family with Chardonnay grapes, on soils composed of clay-limestone marl and small fossil oyster beds (Kimméridgien). Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeast notes reminiscent of the long aging on the lees. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh and elegant, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
