Château La Fleur de Boüard stems from the deep conviction of its owner, Hubert de Boüard de Laforest, in the rich potential of terroir Lalande-de-Pomerol. Supported by his children, Coralie and Matthieu, applies its technical and oenological know-how with a whole new approach and ecological viticulture.
The de Boüard family produces wines with outstanding elegance, comparable to larger denominations of Bordeaux.
Lying in the middle of the designation area Lalande-de-Pomerol, near the village of Pomerol, the land which is Château La Fleur de Boüard belonged to a postman, who with passion cultivated his vines.
The de Boüard family has therefore acquired vineyards in exceptional conditions that had not been excessive and that they were not planted with a high density per hectare.
 Objective of the family in fact, is to apply a rigorous approach that protects the natural balance in order to reveal the best kept secrets in this area and to make high quality wines.
