Caviro began in 1966 in Faenza, nestled in Emilia-Romagna, to celebrate the region’s rich grape heritage. Now, with over 50 years of history, we export our wines to over 80 countries worldwide and turn waste into valuable resources. Our business model creates tangible, shared benefits.

Over the years, our community has grown and strengthened, spreading throughout Italy. Our 24 member wineries, scattered across the country, have helped us create a rich tapestry of stories that celebrate our people and land. And there are many more stories yet to unfold in the future.
