Christophe Pacalet began his career in biochemistry and cooking before creating Les Marcellins together with his uncle Marcel Lapierre in 1999. He selects the old plots he grows according to his ideal to get the best grapes. Deeply respectful of wine and the environment, Christophe Pacalet produces live Beaujolais where concentrated and crunchy fruits are beautifully highlighted.
