Cerbaia

Cerbaia was born in Montalcino, in the heart of Tuscany, among the rolling hills and beautiful landscapes, in 1979 from a passion for local viticulture Fabio Pellegrini, an agronomist and a lover of the earth and its products. The company has just over 12 hectares of the total area of which 5 are vineyards The remaining area has grown as follows: Olive grove (300 trees), Arable land (1.5 ha) and Bosco (2.7 ha). The production philosophy of Cerbaia focuses on typical and traditional products, in which consumer can distinctly recognize the area and style of this exceptional wine. Our business is still focused on production in harmony with nature: we make sure our wines reflect the geographical and territorial typicality. A small and precious production such as this must be sought and have qualified recipients and exceptional. Our production includes 4 labels, for a total of about 20,000 bottles a year. The commercial debut of Brunello "Vigna Cerbaia" took place with the vintage 1985: 2800 now unobtainable bottles.
