Josef M. Schuster, wine trade professional and wine expert from Maissau, fulfilled a childhood dream in 1999:
He was able to lease the historic vineyards of Maissau Castle on the Manhartsberg. From the beginning it was clear that the Manhartsrebe, a synonym for the Grüner Veltliner, would play the leading role here.
