	Colour Brilliant pink.
	Bouquet Rose, cherry and red fruit hints, lightly spicy.
	Flavour Well balanced, lingering, fragrant, with a pleasant acidity and a smooth finish.

Pairing

Excellent with shell fish, raw fish and fish soups. It goes well with pizza, cold cuts and as an aperitif.

I always use Xtrawine and the service is always good There appears to have been a change this time around with the wine sent direct from Italy. Previously orders on the .co.uk site came from London so arrived much quicker. This means delivery takes a bit longer although the packaging was much better than before. Overall, a great selection of Italian wines from an excellent seller.
