Description
Its alcohol base is made up of a neutral spirit of cereals, in which 9 botanicals from all over the world and India are infused: juniper berries come from Macedonia, oranges, of which peel is used, from Spain, iris root from Italy and angelica root from Germany, while coriander seeds, fennel, lemongrass, ginger and chamomile are supplied by Indian growers. After the infusion, the distillation takes place in a copper alembic.

They stepped out from behind the bar, got themselves a copper pot still and experimented with every spice, herb and fruit they could find. They found a lot, they distilled a lot, they tasted a lot and they fell down a lot.
