Young and Fresh Rosé Wines

Producer
Chateau Minuty
From this winery
  • Start up year: 1930
Respect for the land and innovation in the cellar, this is the philosophy that animates Château Minuty since its foundation, in 1930 in Gassin, the French commune of Provence.

With the reimplantation and restoration of the castle, built at the time of Napoleon III, Gabriel Farnet laid the foundations for a winery that intends to enhance the peculiarities of its land and the exceptional terroir, from the calcareous soil and the temperate and maritime climate.

The winery, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, immersed in a wonderful landscape, with a unique and picturesque atmosphere, covers about 70 hectares, between Gassin and Ramatuelle and is cultivated in grenache, syrah and mourvèdre, a vine cultivated in particular in the valley of Rhone and Provence, used for the production of the pleasant and fresh rosé wines of the Côtes de Provence. Château Minuty, led by 3 generations of the Farnet-Matton family, has been affirming itself for many years, as one of the best wineries in Provence, thanks to the production of French rosé wines of great value and quality.

The work in the vineyard is of great importance for the company, which opts for a purely manual harvest, made intentionally low and enriching the soil with natural and organic fertilizers. The vines are grown with the maximum respect of the varietal and the vegetative cycle, without the use of herbicides or pesticides. In the cellar, so the grapes arrive perfectly intact and at the right degree of ripeness, ready to be poured into stainless steel tanks, for fermentation at optimal temperature and humidity for the production of fresh and fruity rosés, with a particular and refined aromatic profile .

Château Minuty offers unmistakable rosé wine, linked to the territory and to the Matton family, starting from grenache grapes, offering a range of French rosé wine of the highest quality and territorial expression. Among the wines of the Domaine we find the Château Minuty Rose et Or, the Château Minuty 281, the M range and within the Prestige range, the Château Minuty Prestige Rosé, obtained from over 25 years of experience and terroir particularly suited to the Côtes de Provence.
