Cabernet Franc DOC 'Didacus' owes its name to the nickname used to call Diego Planeta. A wine dedicated to Planeta's founder and his vision for the most difficult and most exciting challenge. A red wine produced from the best Cabernet Franc grapes, hand-picked in the vineyard near Menfi.

Aging | 20 months in barriques. A battonage is carried out every two weeks throughout the ageing period. |
