Palombara, a true star of the Apulian winemaking tradition, containing the real soul of Primitivo.

Colour

Intense and brilliant ruby red.

Bouquet

Elegant nose with fruity and floral notes of red fruits like prunes, mature red cherries, blackberries, red currants and blueberries, with the unmistakable aroma of mature primitivo grapes with naturally sun-dried berries, characteristic of the variety.

Flavour

We find all the complexity and power of the primitivo grape: smooth, full bodied and enjoyably tannic.

Pairing

Flavoursome and structured first courses, possibly with sauces, but also with baked lasagna timballo, orecchiette with tomatoes, barbecued ribs, green peppered fillet steak, cured meats and mildly matured cheese.
